We’re pleased to announce that Cryptopia has removed their suspension of user registrations, meaning you can go ahead and sign up for an account here.
Cryptopia paused new registrations for a few days while they dealt with scaling issues. Within the last 24 hours, however, they announced on Twitter that new registrations are once again being accepted.
This is great news, especially for those of you looking to get your hands on Electroneum (ETN). The coin is only available on Cryptopia at the moment, though it is set to be available on forthcoming exchanges such as NEXT exchange. While Cryptopia was down, we received messages from Crypto Buyers Club UK visitors explaining that they had been scammed trying to buy Electroneum on eBay and forums. Thus, we are relieved to see Electroneum being available once again on a mainstream exchange.
Throughout the day, Electroneum has recovered from yesterday’s price dip far quicker than most other cryptocurrencies, suggesting that the re-opening of Cryptopia has had a positive effect. See the below graph to see ETN’s recovery after traders woke up at 6am.
